Please download the Vendor Agreement Form to complete, then complete the Vendor Application for 2025 Festivals and Events. You will upload the agreement form within the application.

We’re excited to invite local small businesses to join us for our Pumpkin Patch, Fall Festival, Christmas on the farm and Summer Market!
We have vendor spots available for all events, and we’re offering two great options for you to participate.
Vendor Set-Up Options:

Consignment
- You bring your items, and we sell them on your behalf during any of our festivals or events. You are provided a 4X3ft table as a consigner, but may purchase as many tables as you may need. Tables covers are provided.
- Cost: $40 per event ($40 fee covers the whole pumpkin patch season. If consigning for the pumpkin patch you are also included in the Fall Festival.)
- Consignment can be utilized for all our festivals and events.
- $40 per event, per table. Each table is a 4X3 ft table with table cover provided. You may purchase as many tables as you need.
- All items must be marked with a price and your name or your business name or initials.
- Please price everything on the dollar, this makes checking our patrons out at the end easier and more streamlined. We do not add tax.
- You’ll receive 100% of the proceeds at the end of the event.
- Each consigner has a tab in our overall binder where we track what is sold and how much the item was. This makes pay out at the end of the event easier for you and us!

Self-Setup & Direct Sales
- You set up your booth and sell directly to customers.
- Festivals or events: 10x10 ft tent booth for $40 per booth space, and $60 for trailer per booth space included in this is the Fall Festival, Christmas on the Farm and, Summer Market.
- Pumpkin Patch, one day or weekend set up: 10x10 ft booth is $15 for tent and $25 for trailers per weekend (Saturdays 10 am - 7 pm, Sundays 12 pm - 5 pm).
- Please bring your own tent and tables. We do not supply anything but the booth space.
Our Festivals and Events:
1. Pumpkin Patch & Corn Maze
Season dates: September 20, 2025 - October 25, 2025.
We’re open Saturdays 10am - 7pm and Sundays 12pm - 5pm.
2. Fall Festival at the Pumpkin Patch
On October 4, 2025, shopping from 10am - 7pm. This will take place during the regular pumpkin patch season and open hours on that day.
3. Christmas on the Farm (Holiday Bazaar)
On November 15th, 2025, shopping from 10 am to 5 pm.
4. Summer on the Farm (Summer Market)
On June 7, 2025, shopping from 10am - 2pm.
